- Estimates - computerized and digital assisted estimates on our TMS and Audatex systems are used.
- Fetching and delivery - of clients' vehicles from home or place of work.
- Towing arrangements - if your vehicle needs to be towed from your home/accident scene to our premises.
- Courtesy vehicles - we have a fleet of courtesy vehicles, however these will only be made available depending on the extent of your vehicle's damage.
- We will assist with the completion of the claim forms.
- We provide a shuttle service - if you need to be picked up from or taken to your home or place of work upon booking your vehicle or to collect it on completion of repairs.
